Free Admission・No Reservations Needed
Visitors who just want to look around or shop are also welcome. There is no need to apply in advance.
Even those who have never touched a radio-controlled car, and families with children, please feel free to drop by on the day.
Run your flea market treasures right away
In the morning, dig up treasures at the flea market. In the afternoon, fix them in the shaded pit area. In the afternoon, take them to the field and run them. In the evening, finish with a barbecue——.
At a normal flea market it’s “check operation when you get home”. The SWRC Swap Meet isThe venue itself is 5,000㎡ times over a radio-control field.Therefore, the moment you buy it, the race meeting begins. It’s a unique format that only exists in Japan because the field is attached to the venue.
The venue isA plateau along the river. Cooler than the lowlands.That’s SWRC summer. Furthermore, this time, for heatstroke countermeasures,8:00 AM start morning event.. Dig it out in the cool morning and spend the hot hours in the shaded maintenance area and BBQ. That’s the design.

At the day-of Swap Meet, race with machines and parts bought at the venue. Revive your junk found in the morning at the shaded maintenance area and challenge it to the 14:30 final race. It’s a gamble whether it even moves, and how well you can fix it depends on your skill. This is the climax of the Swap Meet.

“What is this?” “How much can I sell it for?” “Can it be fixed?”——Even mysterious machines that have come out of the closet, or items you’re unsure about pricing, manager Tsu will appraise and authenticate them on the spot. Of course, it’s free. It opens during 12:00 BBQ time.
A pre-stay plan for vendors and participants from afar. Gather around the bonfire and discuss pricing for tomorrow. At night, there’s a Night Run, and in the morning, you can run on the field before it opens. Accommodation + driving fee is ¥4,000.
We will hold a treasure hunt game for children. Let’s find the “treasure” hidden somewhere in the field. Participation is free, and details such as age range will be announced at the registration desk on the day.
Post your souvenirs from the day #SWRC Swap Meetwith to X. The person who made the “best purchase” will receive a driving ticket valid for the next time.

- Sales aretransactions between vendors and buyersPlease handle cash transactions and operation checks responsibly.
- You can sellindividual used goods(second-hand RCs, parts, tools, related items) only.Sales of dealer-sourced products are prohibited.
- SWRC does not act as amediator, reseller, or consignment seller(providing only the location).
- Parking your vehicle next to your site is allowed. Please bring your own table, chairs, and other equipment.
- If vendors cannot set up due to a postponement in case of rain (8/30),the booth fee will be fully refunded.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if it rains?
In case of rain,it will be postponed to Sunday, August 30th.The decision on whether to hold the event will be made byFriday, August 21st (12:00)or earlier. We will announce it on this website and our official X account. If vendors are unable to set up on the postponed date, the booth fee will be fully refunded. We will also inform those who have booked for the pre-event Rajikan (8/22) about the postponement decision.
Is there a parking lot?
There is a parking space within the grounds. Vendors can park their cars next to their designated area. General visitors, please follow the staff’s guidance on the day.
Is it fun for families with children?
Of course! Admission is free, so you are welcome to visit with your family for a stroll. We also have events for children, such as a treasure hunt and rental experiences. There are no shops or vending machines on site, so please bring plenty of drinks. Since it’s a forest field, it’s reassuring to come in comfortable shoes.
Can beginners drive?
You can drive. If you have your own machine, you can enjoy unlimited free driving for the day with a driving fee¥2,000. If you don’t have one, please use thehands-free experience rental booth (¥4,000). From 10:30 onwards, there are also beginner-friendly rental experience sessions. You can learn to operate in a 5-10 minute lecture.

Central Expressway “Katsuyama IC” from about 25 minutes, along National Route 140. About 120 minutes from the city center. There are no shops or convenience stores within the grounds or nearby. 8/22(Sat) If you enter the venue from night, you will have plenty of time to arrive at the opening at 8:00 am. There is a fee-setting consultation meeting around the bonfire and a night run only for overnight guests. Accommodation + driving fee is ¥4,000.
