SUPERWILD RC and Camp Field Terms of Use
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
- The accommodation contract, day-use contract, and related contracts concluded between Miyamoto Shigeru (hereinafter referred to as “Our Company”) who operates SUPERWILD RC and Camp Field (hereinafter referred to as “this Campground”), and those who stay or visit this Campground for a day shall be governed by the provisions of these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”). Matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be governed by laws, ordinances, or generally established customs.
- If Our Company makes special agreements with users of this Campground within the scope permitted by laws and customs, the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall not apply, and the special agreement shall take precedence.
Article 2 (Application for Accommodation and Day-Use)
- Those who wish to apply for accommodation or day-use at this Campground must submit the following items and any other matters required by this Campground to the registration book or online application site designated by this Campground.
- Accommodation: Name, email address, and stay date of the representative of the overnight guest
- Day-Use: Name and email address of the representative of the user
- The representative who applies for accommodation or day-use must be 20 years of age or older.
- Applications for accommodation or day-use must be made by one of the persons who will stay or visit this Campground as an overnight guest or a day-user, and applications made by third parties are prohibited. If it is found that a third party has applied on behalf of another person, the application shall be deemed invalid.
Article 3 (Conclusion of Accommodation Contract)
- The accommodation contract is concluded when an application for reservation is completed through an online application site operated by a third party designated by Our Company within the period specified by this Campground and this Campground accepts it.
- Our company does not provide alternative booking methods and assumes no responsibility if users are unable to make a reservation due to concentrated access to the online application site, server failure, communication errors, etc.
Article 4 (Establishment of Day-Use Contract)
A day-use contract is established when, on the day of use, at this campground, the user applies for use in a manner designated by this campground, our company accepts it, and the user pays the usage fee and rental fee corresponding to the application content, as well as event participation fees or other expenses, by credit card or cash as specified by this campground.
Article 5 (Rejection of Accommodation Contract and Day-Use Contract Application)
Our company may decline to accept applications for accommodation contracts and day-use contracts in the following cases.
- When the application for accommodation and day-use is not in accordance with the provisions of these Terms of Use
- When there are reservations from users exceeding the maximum number of people allowed to use the facilities at this campground
- When our company reasonably believes that the person applying for accommodation or day-use may engage in acts that violate laws, public order, or public morals at this campground
- When the person applying for accommodation or day-use falls under any of the following (i) to (h), or when our company reasonably judges that there is suspicion thereof.
(i. Members of organized crime groups, associate members, or affiliates of organized crime groups, or other antisocial forces
(ii. When it is a corporation or organization where an organized crime group or member controls business activities
(h. A corporation that has a member of an organized crime group among its directors - If a person who intends to stay overnight or use the campground for the day has, in the past, at this campground, acted in a way that hindered the operation of the campground or caused significant inconvenience to other users.
- If a person who intends to stay overnight or use the campground for the day has a fever, is unwell, or may be infected with a contagious disease that, according to law, restricts their use of this campground.
- If, at the time of booking an overnight or day-use reservation, a staff member of this campground is subjected to violent demands or unreasonable requests.
- Due to natural disasters, bad weather, the spread of infectious diseases or preventative measures, facility malfunctions, power outages, or other unavoidable circumstances, it becomes impossible to accommodate overnight stays or use.
- According to the laws or ordinances applicable to this campground, if our company judges that accommodating overnight stays or use is inappropriate.
- In addition to the above, if our company judges that the overnight stay or day-use of this campground by the contract holder would hinder the normal operation of the campground or pose a possibility thereof.
Article 6 (Guest Register and User List)
- The person who has concluded a lodging contract with our company and this campground (hereinafter referred to as “Lodging Contract Holder”) shall, on the day of their stay, at the front desk of this campground, record the following information in the Guest Register.
- Full names of the representative and all other guests, emergency contact information for the representative
- If a guest is a foreigner, their nationality and passport number
- Expected departure date
- Other matters deemed necessary by this campground
- Customers who have concluded a day-use contract with this company and this campground (hereinafter referred to as “Day-Use Contract Customer”) shall, on the day of use, record the following matters in the registration book at the front desk of this campground.
- Representative’s name, address, phone number, names of all users
- Other matters deemed necessary by this campground
Article 7 (Business Hours)
The business hours of this campground and each facility within this campground shall be as specified on the homepage of this campground, posted notices and distributed materials, etc.
Article 8 (Payment of Accommodation Fees and Day-Use Fees, etc.)
- The amounts for accommodation fees, day-use fees, rental fees, event participation fees, etc. shall be as specified in the materials prepared on the reservation site of this campground and at the front desk.
- Accommodation contract holders and day-use customers (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Contractors”) shall pay the fees for accommodation, etc., which have been confirmed at the time of reservation by credit cards approved by this campground. For rental or event fees, etc. applied on the day of accommodation or use, payment shall be made in cash or by credit card at the time of application or when billed by this campground.
- If a Contractor does not use the accommodation and day-use facilities provided by this campground despite being able to do so due to their own volition, they shall be deemed to have used the accommodation or day-use facilities and shall pay the accommodation fee or day-use fee to this campground.
Article 9 (Prior Deposit of Contractor’s Luggage or Personal Items)
This campground cannot accept pre-delivery of camping equipment, etc. for overnight guests and day-use customers by courier service, postal service, etc.
Article 10 (Compliance with Usage Rules and Prohibited Acts)
- By contracting this campground, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations of SWRC as stated on our website, posted signs, and distributed materials (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Usage Rules”).
- The following acts are prohibited within this campground.
- Entering restricted areas.
- Using machinery or other equipment that generates noise disturbances.
- Bringing animals whose movement is prohibited by law, ordinance, or administrative regulations.
- Selling goods, providing services, subleasing contracted spaces to third parties, reselling event participation rights within the campground, or engaging in any other commercial activities within the campground without prior consent from SWRC.
- Solicitation for religious or political activities.
- Actions that cause significant inconvenience to other campers.
- Acts that disrupt or potentially disrupt the normal operation of the campground.
- Other acts prohibited as specified on our website, posted signs, and distributed materials.
Article 11 (Cancellation Rights of Overnight Campers)
- Overnight campers may cancel their stay by notifying SWRC using the designated method and within the specified timeframe as outlined in our regulations. (hereinafter referred to as “cancellation”).
- Our company will charge a cancellation fee to the overnight accommodation contract holder if the cancellation is due to the convenience of the accommodation contract holder.
- If the accommodation contract holder does not arrive at this campground by sunset on the day of their stay without contacting us, we may consider that the accommodation contract has been canceled by the guest.
- In the event of a cancellation based on this article, our company will charge the accommodation contract holder a cancellation fee.
Article 12 (Right to Terminate Contract at This Campground)
- This campground may terminate an overnight or day-use contract in the following cases.
- When the contracting party violates this Terms of Use or Usage Rules
- If the member engages in behavior prohibited by the second paragraph of Article 10
- When the contracting party repeatedly makes reservations and cancellations at this campground beyond the designated number set by our company.
- When the contracting party falls under any of the following items (i) to (h), or when our company reasonably judges that there is suspicion thereof.
i. Yakuza, yakuza members, quasi-constituent members of organized crime groups, or persons related to organized crime, and other anti-social forces
ii. When a corporation or other organization is controlled by the yakuza or its members.
h. A corporation whose directors include yakuza members. - When a contracting party engages in violent demands or requests unreasonable burdens on the staff or other related parties of this campground when making a reservation, staying overnight, or using it for day trips
- When a contracting party damages or has the potential to damage the life, body, or property of other contracting parties, as judged by our company
- When a contracting party engages in acts that violate the laws, regulations, or good customs applicable to this campground, or when there is a possibility of such acts, as judged by our company
- In addition to the above, when the overnight stay or day trip of a contracting party at this campground hinders or has the potential to hinder the normal operation of this campground, as judged by our company
- When our company terminates a lodging contract or a day-trip contract based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, we shall not be obligated to refund the lodging fee and the day-trip fee.
- In cases where adverse weather conditions such as typhoons, heavy rain, heavy snow, strong winds, tsunamis, earthquakes, epidemics, power outages, disruptions in roads or transportation, wars, terrorism, strikes, or revisions to laws and regulations make it difficult for our company to provide safe use of this campground, or when a request for suspension of business operations, an order prohibiting business operations, or a notice is issued by administrative authorities, we will notify the contracting party as soon as possible and may terminate the lodging contract and the usage contract.
- In the cases mentioned in the preceding paragraph, our company shall not charge any lodging fees or other usage fees.
- Our company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the contracting party due to the termination of the contract based on Article 3 of this section.
Article 13 (Responsibility of this campground)
- Contracting parties are responsible for managing and storing their own belongings, cash, vehicles, etc., and our company shall not be obligated to store them.
- In principle, our company shall not be liable for any injuries, illnesses, infections, loss, damage, or theft of belongings that occur to contracting parties within this campground. However, this does not apply in cases of intentional acts or gross negligence on the part of our company.
- Regarding any belongings or cash left behind at this campground by a contracting party, our company will store them for one month from the date of discovery, and thereafter, we will submit them to the police station that governs this campground. We shall not be responsible for responding to any other inquiries or providing compensation.
Article 14 (Responsibility Regarding Vehicles)
- The company shall not be liable for the management of members’ vehicles parked in the parking lot of this campground, and shall not be responsible for theft, damage, accidents, etc. of such vehicles. However, this does not apply to cases where the company is at fault due to intentional acts or gross negligence.
- The company shall not be liable for accidents, damages, or contamination caused by members’ driving errors or other reasons on the roads within this campground.
- The company shall not be liable for disputes between members and other members or third parties that occur within the parking lot and roads of this campground.
Article 15 (Responsibility of Members)
If, due to the intentional acts or negligence of a member, facilities and rental items of this campground are damaged, destroyed, lost, etc., the company may demand compensation for such damages from the member.
Article 16 (Protection of Personal Information)
- The company shall appropriately manage the personal information of members, such as name, gender, age, phone number, email address, and address, acquired based on this Terms of Use, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and use it only for the operation of this campground, the implementation of events, contact regarding accommodation and day-use at this campground, maintenance of members’ property and physical safety, provision of other services, and provision of insurance services related to events.
- Notwithstanding the foregoing, the company may provide the personal information of members to relevant government agencies, judicial authorities, or public institutions, medical facilities, etc., within the minimum necessary scope, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, if it is necessary to ensure the safety of members’ lives, bodies, and property, or to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Article 17 (Amendment of Terms of Use)
- The company may change the contents of these Terms of Use without prior notice, whenever the company deems it necessary.
- Changes to these Terms of Use shall take effect from the time they are posted on the campground’s website or other media, and shall apply thereafter.
- If an accommodation or day-use contract was concluded before the revision of these Terms of Use, the current version of these Terms of Use shall apply on the date of use of this facility.
Article 18 Jurisdiction
The contracting party agrees that the Yamanashi District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance for any disputes concerning these Terms of Use.

RC Car Rental
- Modification, disassembly, and lending to third parties of rental equipment are prohibited.
- In case of damage, loss, or water damage, we will charge you for repair costs or compensation. Payment will be made from the deposit (¥5,000/unit), and any shortfall will be charged additionally.
- Minor wear and tear during normal use (e.g., tire and body scratches) is exempt from liability.
- Please operate rental equipment only within the designated course.
- Persons under 18 years of age must use the facility accompanied by a guardian.
